@pilchard no, but also, it already has. What might be shit data to the human eye or ear might actually have decent decipherability for an algorithm.
Still, if you feed a ML algorithm a picture of a deer, a picture of a car, and a picture of Pluto, you are unlikely for the model to be able to predict cancer...
I guess the overall point is, shit is relative.
