It’s a far from perfect film, but if nothing else it’s of historical interest as Richard Curtis’ first feature-length script - and who doesn’t love Jeff Goldblum and Emma Thompson?
Plus, the musical version of The Elephant Man (Elephant!) is just perfect.
Mildly odd that The Tall Guy is not available to stream and hasn’t been available on physical media for 20 years.
My VHS copy has survived all culls for this reason (even though I no longer have a VHS player).
I imagine it must be a rights issue.
